MERMAID SKIRT crochet pattern

The Mermaid skirt consists mostly of a lace-like pattern that resembles large fish scales (hence the name).
The skirt is made from the top down, so you can try it on as you go and decide for yourself whether you want a short or midi skirt.
The scale-like pattern expands as the length of the skirt progresses, starting from smaller to bigger ones. This gives the skirt a long and very “mermaidy” A-line shape.
Oh, and It has a tie string at the waist so you can adjust it as you fish.. I mean wish!
The pattern comes with lots of stitch charts as well as the written pattern.
Adult size.
Yarn: Fine/sport weight (I used Isager’s Trio 2 50 g = 175)
Language: English (US)
Difficulty: Intermediate - it's an advantage if you know how to read stitch charts, or is willing to learn it.
NOTICE! This pattern is a digital product, you will NOT receive an actual skirt.
