The Confetti Dressy is a wonderful dress, that you can wear whenever you want to dress up.
It can be made as a dress or as a peplum top, and you decide for yourself whether you want to add beads or not.

It's made out of cotton 8/4 (or another super fine weight yarn), and mostly consists of double crochet stitches.

Pattern includes a detailed video tutorial. 

I recommend an intermediate skill level.
